Meet Our Staff
Meet Daina

Daina lives here in Ft Myers during the winter months.
In talking with Daina you will find that sewing has been her
therapy and her outlet for fun and creativity. Her second love
is hand embroidery. Quilting became a love of hers in the
70's. Yes thats right before rotary cutters and fancy rulers.
Life had Daina take a break from her love for 15 years but
she is back, and back stronger then ever! Her quilting  and
coloring on fabric are something to see! We have several
samples of her work in the shop. You'll find Daina in shop
either helping  a customer or teaching a class. You  will know
who she is as soon as you hear her warm hello and see her
bright smile.

Meet Barbara

She is just so fun to be
around. We are sure you
will love her as we do.
You'll find Barb to be  
very helpful and full of  
enthusiasm for quilting.
Her goal in her classes  is
for students to enjoy the
process of making a quilt
as much as they expect
to enjoy the outcome of
their quilt.
Meet Sandy

She has been working at the
"Hangout" for over 2 years  
now. We Feel blessed  having
her as part of the QLH Family.
She is a great help and we are
sure you will find that she has
lots to offer you. Sandy has a
wonderful warm smile and a
caring heart to go along with it.
